How to get fish?

No. 1: Get all foreign fishing boats off the coast.

No. 2: Get sea lions, terns, etc., out of the mouth of the Columbia River.

No. 3: Get the Indians out of the Columbia River for a couple of years. How many fish does it take for religious ceremonies? If the Indians are hot to save the fish, why don't they take the nets out on their own and see what happens?

It's stupid to want to take out one of the best water systems in the United States.
