by Michael Rose
Capital Press, August 19, 2006

The Bonneville Power Administration is offering a reward of as much as $25,000 to find the people responsible for a four-hour power outage to the Consumers Power's Lebanon substation on Tuesday.

Vandals shot out insulators on a transmission line about 11 miles east of Lebanon, BPA officials said.

People can call the confidential witness hot line at (800) 437-2744. Rewards are issued so that the caller's identity remains confidential.
