Hot Water? by Howard Miller Letter to Editor, Lewiston Tribune, February 11, 2000

Yesterday as I read the paper, environmentalist battling Potlatch, I kind of wondered if people that work for a government agency have a Ph.D. in stupidity. EPA wants Potlatch to drop the temp in the river, but if you drove down Highway 95 to Lucile, they would find extreme hot water coming in to the Salmon River.

What bothers me are these groups that are spending millions of dollars pro and conning about breaching dams or not. Let's face facts. The fish are extinct.
