The reports of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.

I will continue to serve my governor and the state of Oregon as a member of the Northwest Power Planning Council until the necessary statutes have been satisfied and all legal remedy afforded to me under the law has been exhausted.

There is much more at stake here than John Brogoitti staying on the Power Council. What is at stake is stewardship of the land, generations of life style and the fact that farmers are the true environmentalists.
