SAD -- bluefish counter response:
Good to notice that in-river survival of Chinook has improved by only 2% (4% for wild). That's not much to show for decades of effort and billions of dollars fueling a salmon recovery industry. Meanwhile, critically endangered SRKW that depend upon Chinook, are starving to death.
